Infrastructure:
The department is well equipped with sophisticated facilities for conducting research of high standards viz. PCR, Refrigerated high speed centrifuge, CO2 incubator, UV-Vis double beam spectrophotometer, Phase contrast microscope, Electrophoresis systems with gel-documentation, Cryostat microtome, Automatic staining machine, etc.
